        This rebar bender is designed for precast concrete production shops specializing in box culverts, cell modules and retaining walls.  Excellent for bending 90 degree L shapes and U shapes. 

          Our first rebar bender was put in service on December 1998.  This machine has bent over 4,200,000 lbs of rebar with little to no down time.  This bender is still bending bar like the day it was put in service.  The original dies are still on the bender with very little deformation.  This rebar bender is a work horse that just needs routine maintenance. (Check the oil and grease the joints weekly)  If you charge out .02 cents a pound this machine is paid for in 3 years.
