Mold-In-Row Dabber System

Mold-In-Row Dabber System is designed to remove known defective bottles before further testing processes. To begin this process, the defective bottles are marked with white ink by the Dabber Assemblies as they exit the lehr. The dabbing motion is created by rugged eccentric cam design coupled to a 110VAC gear motor. The marked bottles are sensed with the adjustable fiber optic sensing assembly. The sensed bottles are then rejected from the conveyor by the pneumatic rejecter assembly.
