Press Brake;
A bending machine that reshapes sheet metal and plate by applying steady force
on a die. Used in forming sheet metal boxes or to bend 90-degree lips on
plate.
Our press brake will bend a 90-degree lip on 20ga to 5/16"
thick Hot Roll Steel plate 10 foot long. 3/8" and heavier plate would be
shorter than 10-foot in length. Our press will put out 225 tons of
pressure.
Minimum bent flange on sheet metal or plate is 5-1/2
times the material thickness up to 1/2" thick. Over 1/2" use 6-1/2 times
material thickness.
